Simple Money Tracker respects intellectual property rights and expects users of the Service to do the same. 4) What Happens After We Receive a Notice

After receiving a sufficiently complete complaint, we may take one or more of the following actions:

  • review the notice for completeness and plausibility;
  • request additional information from the complainant;
  • temporarily disable access to the reported material;
  • remove the reported material;
  • notify the affected user;
  • suspend or restrict the related account in serious or repeated cases.

We are not required to make a legal determination on every dispute, but we may act in good faith to reduce risk and protect rights holders.

If your content was removed or disabled because of a copyright complaint, and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send us a counter-notice.
